Return & Warranty Policy

At DR.CLUSTER, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We stand behind every cluster repair, replacement, and upgrade we provide.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Within 30 days, you may return or exchange your product free of charge.

  • After 30 days, a service and handling fee may apply based on the product condition and category.

All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and accessories included.



Advanced Replacement Orders (Core Return Policy)

Customers who select our Advance Replacement Service will receive the replacement cluster first to minimize downtime.
To complete the order, the original (core) cluster must be returned to DR.CLUSTER within 30 days of receiving the new one.

If the original cluster is not returned within 30 days, a core fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
Returned cores must be complete and repairable. Severely damaged or missing units may result in a partial or denied core credit.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after that time, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.



Exchanges

We will replace any product that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly programmed.
If you need to exchange an item, please email sales@drcluster.com for return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.



6-Month Warranty

Every DR.CLUSTER repair, replacement, or upgraded unit is backed by a 6-month warranty from the delivery date.

If the cluster experiences an electrical or functional issue within six months, we will repair or replace it at no cost — including all parts and labor.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or water damage

  • Tampering, modification, or installation errors

  • Damage caused by external electrical faults or wiring issues in the vehicle

We strive to ensure every repaired or upgraded cluster performs like new, and our warranty guarantees you peace of mind on every order.



Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to:
DR.CLUSTER – Returns Department
(Address will be provided via email upon request.)

  • Returns within 30 days are free of charge.

  • After 30 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method for high-value items.
